Which data
We process name, email, phone number, and message content when you submit a form.
Purpose of processing
We use this data solely to respond to your request and provide service.
Retention period
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for.

Mobile app
The Vicenarius mobile app (iOS and Android) processes the same core data as the web platform. In addition, we request your per-feature consent for:
- Push-notificaties / Push notifications: We store a device-specific Expo push token to send you shift, hours-approval, and payroll notifications. The token is not linked to phone number or name.
- Locatie / Location: When you clock in on-site we request location access once to match the check-in against a project geofence. We do not store continuous location history.
- Camera: Active only when you photograph a receipt or scan an equipment QR code. Photos are attached to your time entry as an expense note.
- Biometrie / Biometrics: Face ID or Touch ID can optionally be enabled to unlock the app faster. Biometric data never leaves your device — we do not process it.
Third parties
For data storage, authentication and transactional email we use Supabase (EU hosting), Resend and the Expo push network. These parties act as processors under a DPA and do not use your data for their own purposes.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account directly in the mobile app via Profile → Danger zone → Delete my account. This immediately removes your sign-in and revokes access to every workspace. Logged hours, expense claims and reservations remain with the company to satisfy legal obligations (such as statutory record-keeping).
No longer have access to the app, or want an additional data wipe including the company-side records? Email info@vicenarius.eu from your registered address. We process supplementary requests within 30 days.
