Service

Vicenarius provides online software for planning, time registration, project management, quotes, invoices and client communication. The customer remains responsible for entered data, statutory documents and decisions made using the software.

Subscription and payment

Prices are shown excluding VAT. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled monthly. Annual subscriptions are billed annually in advance and run until the end of the paid annual term. They then renew for the same term unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation is available in the workspace or by email to support@vicenarius.eu. Paid terms are not refunded pro rata unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Trial

The trial lasts 14 days and requires no payment method. Without a paid subscription, access is restricted afterwards and data may be deleted after the announced retention period.

Availability and support

We maintain the service with care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a separate written SLA has been agreed. Support is available on business days from 09:00 to 17:00 via support@vicenarius.eu or +31 6 83 18 17 93.

Privacy and data

The privacy policy and data processing agreement form part of these arrangements. Customers may export their data during the subscription and should retain their own export before termination.

Governing law

Dutch law governs the agreement. For complaints, first contact support@vicenarius.eu so we can seek a solution together.
